Tom has 100 year roots in St. Paul and more than 40 years living, working and contributing in St. Paul's East Side (District 67). In 1962 He was elected H.S. Senior Class President and graduated from the Minnesota State Teachers College. He logged more than 20 years teaching experience in both public and private schools in the St. Paul area, including, Cretin and Hill Murray high schools and a number of St. Paul public schools. In addition to his teaching career, Tom is also a provider of services for disabled and chemically dependent youth and adults and in association with various faith based non-profit organizations, CPUMC.org, UGM.org DAPC.org and private companies. Importantly, Tom has given more than 40 years of service to the DFL.
